Kwik-Pay prints an end of year report showing the ACC premiums required. An ACC Class is assigned to each employee, so the premium required for companies in different classifications can be calculated.

Kwik-Pay does not update the ACC rates automatically. Please ensure that the correct rate is updated before you print the end of year report.

The ACC rates are effective dated, which means that the ACC rate will not be used in any calculations until the first pay date on or after the effective date.

You can define any number of different ACC rates.

ACC Class

This is the ACC's numeric industry classification for your type of business.

Effective Date

This is the date from which the ACC rate is to be used in calculations. It would normally be the 1 April of the tax year for which the premium rate is to be used.

Rate

This is the ACC premium rate as a number of dollars per $100.
