The Kwik-Pay award structure allows common pay rates and leave entitlements to be created for groups of employees, saving the chore of updating pay rates for individuals when they change.

You can define any number of different awards. Each award to split into Classifications, which are categories of employees within the award. For instance, a clerical award may have different classifications for 'under 18', '18 to 20', '20 and over' and 'manager'. There can be any number of classifications within each award. Classifications are defined separately.

Classifications defined using this form are available to be included in any award.

To create an award, you must first create an award record using the Awards form, then add Classifications using this form, and finally add an Award Rate for each step..

When you select a classification for edit, or add a new classification, the Classification Edit form is displayed.
