In the examples, the medical insurance deduction is direct credited to the medical insurer (each payee's calculation screen deduction would have the individual payee's reference entered), and the charity and union deductions are retained by the company for payment by cheque at a later date. If the total charity or union deduction is paid on a monthly basis, the Employee, Print Pay History report can be used to print a summary of all charity and union deductions so a cheque can be prepared to send to the organisation.
