Pay Point codes are only used to sort and group pay advices for distribution.
The Pay Point itself can be any 10 alphanumeric characters. You will find that lower case characters you type will be translated automatically to upper case.
The description can be entered if you do not use descriptive Pay Points. The description will be displayed on the payee pay conditions screen when you select the Pay Point.
