This form provides a quick method of creating Pension funds in Kwik-Pay payroll in order to make employee Pension choice as easy as possible for the employer. The form lists all third party organisation records that have pay items linked to them. That is, third party organisations with pay items that have a 'PensionFund' property with a value equal to the third party organisation code.

When you create a third party organisation record in this form, it will automatically create three pay items linked to the organisation, one for employer contributions, and a second as an employee contribution.

Show all third party organisations

This form normally just shows those third party organisations for which Pension pay items have been created. If you tick this checkbox, all third party organisation records will be displayed, regardless of whether pay items have been linked to them.
