The Leave Liability Report prints the current leave liability for selected or all payees, for selected or all leave types.
The report lists the leave types, balances and current company liability for each employee. Leave types to be included in the report are identified as those that have the 'Liability' property set.
For Australian Leave Liability reports, a leave loading can be added to the dollar balance. If the leave type has a 'LeaveLoading' property set to the percentage of the loading (e.g. 17.5), that percentage of the liability is added to each employee's liability for that leave type.
You can select a number of specific employees to include in the report by clicking the Select button and then selecting the employees you want included from the selection list displayed.
You can direct the print output to a printer, a preview window, or a file in one of several different formats. Click here for more details.
