Report Options.

The NHS Pension report prints SD55 information for leavers or all employees at year end.

Print SD55 Reports

Untick this checkbox if you only want to create an SD55 electronic file and not a printed report. The SD55 printed report prints a page per employee with summary totals for the tax year.

Create Electronic File

You have the option of creating an electronic file of the employee and employer contributions in the format specified by the NHS Pension administrators as the New Scheme Cyclic Interface.

Pension Year to 31 March

The report defaults to the contributions made in the current pension year which runs from 1 April to 31 March. You can reprint a report for a previous year.

Select Payees

As you select Leavers or a year end report for all employees, a list of the employees that would be included in the report are shown in the list. You can edit that list, adding or removing employees by clicking the 'Select' button.

Report Output

You can direct the print output to a printer, a preview window, or a file in one of several different formats. Click here for more details.
